REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) no. 19GE5025Q0074 The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a quote for travel management services for the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong. The RFQ and supporting documentation shall be used for the sole purpose of submitting a quote. The complete quote (Volume 1 & Volume 2 in accordance with Section III) shall be submitted electronically as a pdf document as soon as possible but not later than Monday, June 16, 2025, by 1500 hours Central European Time (CET) to Joanna Catsamaki at CatsamakiJ@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov. The subject shall read Quote 19GE5025Q0074 . Individual emails shall be limited to 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. USE OF ELECTRONIC DEPOSITORIES IS NOT PERMITTED. NOTE: No quotes will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a quote.
