Summary

AI-generated · Nov 04, 2025

Training services for the EcoPower Engine Wash System are being sought to support the Royal Australian Air Force P-8A Poseidon Program. The EcoPower system is the only solution that meets the P-8A engine wash requirements, including a water filtration system and the ability to pump, filter, and reuse the engine wash effluent, which must be compatible with the Aero Jet Wash containment suit.

This action will be conducted on a sole-source basis with EcoServices, LLC under FAR 6.302-1, and is not a competitive solicitation. While the government intends to negotiate with the single source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or other documentation for consideration in any future competition. Any response to this notice should demonstrate that a competitive procurement would be advantageous; responses must be received by the stated deadline.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with EcoServices, LLC (CAGE Code 6C9S2) for the acquisition of training services / courses on the EcoPower Engine Wash System in support of the Royal Australian Air Force P-8A Poseidon Program. The water filtration system on the EcoPower Wash unit meets all initial water requirements for the P-8A engine wash system. The EcoPower Wash unit is the only system with the ability to pump, filter, and reuse the engine wash effluent which is required to be compatible with the use of the Aero Jet Wash engine wash containment suit. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
