DPAA requires Meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, and hardwire internet for Facebook live, YouTube, Vimeo, and Government websites. These will be used to conduct briefings and one-on-one meetings with family members of missing servicemen from WWII, the Korean War, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. DPAA will brief these families on the U.S. government s efforts to recover their loved one s remains and return them to their families for burial with full military honors. Meeting rooms and audio video support will be for a period of two (2) days (August 7-8, 2025). The hotel/motel shall be located within 2 miles of the DPAA Headquarters in Arlington, VA and in a setting within reasonable walking distance to food establishments.
