A firm fixed priced award was made for the contractor to provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform Mess Attendant and contingency cook services at One main dining facilities, The Riptide, and One Grab and Go Kiosk, The Reef 2 Go. Specific tasks include food preparation; service of food; replenishment, replacement and removal of food serving containers; cleaning and sanitizing of dining room tables, chairs and benches; cashier services; housekeeping/custodial services of both facilities; waste management; and equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
