The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for Hotel and Conference Room Services to include various types of hotel lodging, conference rooms, and/or meeting spaces in at least one of the following zones in Mexico City, Mexico: downtown Mexico City, Reforma Centro, Polanco, Santa Fe, Southern Mexico City, and Mexico City Airport. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a multi award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm-fixed rates.
