WAPA s intent is to make a multiple year award to the Gift Card provider that can meet all of our specifications. Anticipated award will be up to a 5-year Period of Performance with Option Years. The Contractor shall provide electronic/virtual gift cards and allow the individual employee to select the gift card or cards of their choice from a wide variety of merchants within the amount awarded. WAPA is requiring a number of specifications to track, monitor and provide these awards through an online portal. These Specifications can be found in the attached Statement of Work. Evaluation will be based on available Major Retailers and Discount Amount applied towards the Gift Card Purchase.
