BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure Food Services specified in the attached documents. SCOPE To procure perishable prepared food in accordance with the FOCA "Fair and Open Competition Act". CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm-fixed price, multi-award purchase order.
