Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Transport biospecimen samples from the Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Health Care System to the VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center in Albuquerque, under a 3-month firm-fixed-price arrangement. Quotes are requested through a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ; the award will go to the responsible offeror whose conforming quote is the lowest price and considered fair and reasonable. The notice indicates this is the sole solicitation and replaces prior sources-sought activity with formal quotation submission.

An amendment adds an inquiry period: questions may be submitted by email by 11:00 AM PDT on August 4, 2025, with answers posted by approximately August 5, 2025. It also extends the quote submission deadline to 11:00 AM PDT on August 11, 2025, and requires all quotes to be submitted by email to the named contract specialists. The amendment updates the solicitation document with applicable FAR clauses and provisions and revises attachments to reflect the inquiry period and extended deadline; no other changes are noted.
