If so, offer must include the following statement: The terms and conditions contained in the Request for Quote are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition. c. Any offeror that does not agree to sign the 1449 or any offer that does not include the above statement shall explain what section of the RFQ they do not agree to and why. Note: Rejection of any terms and conditions may result in the offer not being evaluated for award. 4. BUY AMERICAN CERTIFICATE.
