37th Training Group Family Retreat FA301625RFQ1

The 37th Training Group True North Religious Support Team (RST) has a requirement for a non-personal services hotel/resort contract to suport their resiliency retreat event. The specific requirements is for the vendor to provide hotel accommodation for 48 adults and 27 childern (24 rooms for one (1) night) from August 1-2, 2025. The rooms will be any combination of king or two double beds. In addition, they are to provide two (2) catered buffet meals for dinner on Friday, 1 August and for breakfast on 2 August in two separate conference rooms; and entertainment activity and other services (i.e. round of golf and sap services). The facility must include apprppriate leisure activities on site.

This is an amendment to Notice #FA301625RFQ1. The following changes were made to the RFQ: 1.
