The Alabama Army National Guard is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities for 1 year Post Warranty Basic Service Plan Hardware Support w/DMR for HP R1000 Plus BASIC Professional Plan - Remote, Spare Parts, and SMKs with on-site technical support available within four hour drive of Fort Rucker, AL. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Characteristics are: HP 1 year Post Warranty Basic Service Plan Hardware Support w/DMR for R1000 Plus, Onsite repair with HP replacement parts and components, Post warranty, Standard workdays, must have technician within 4 hours of location for maintenance work (FORT RUCKER)This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.
