Estimated construction cost range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The firm must be a Specialty Trade Construction firm approved under NAICS: 238220, size standard: $19 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.veterans.certify.sba.gov, https://dsbs.sba.gov, and https://www.sam.gov to include the completion of Representations and Certifications and registering with Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm, to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at https://www.veterans.certify.sba.gov or Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) https://dsbs.sba.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SDVOSB firms that submit bids/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VetCert or DSBS will be deemed nonresponsive. There will be one pre-bid site visit which will be held on or about July 9, 2025 @ 10:00 am local time at the VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Ave, Building 308B Conference Room. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the contracting officer (email address: laura.tawzer@va.gov). The deadline for questions pertaining to the solicitation will be on or about July 21, 2025 @ 2:00 pm local time. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Dates are subject to change. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading plans, specifications, and any issued amendments from https://www.SAM.gov. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 26, 2025.
