This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code in 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $45M. The project magnitude is between $450,000 and $600,000.
