This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, under # 1240BE25Q0095. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Updated through FAC 2025-06, effective August 27, 2025. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 million. Description: In July 2025, the McKenzie River warehouse burned due to fire caused by an unknown start at the McKenzie Ranger Station compound, destroying the structure. The warehouse structure and contents were a total loss and is in need of demolition and removal. Hazmat testing has been done and the report is attached. Project Location: Willamette NF, McKenzie River Ranger Station, 57600 McKenzie Hwy, McKenzie Bridge, Oregon 97413 Site Visit: A site visit is highly encouraged. Two dates are arranged with an on-site guide: Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, and Thursday, September 18th, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Meet at the Project Location address. To submit a quote package, complete and return the following items: 1) Attachment 1 -Schedule of Items 2) A Written Response to the Evaluation Criteria Questions, and 3) complete Representations and Certifications in section(x) within the Solicitation.
