This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 6A.M. PST on August 2, 2024 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gregory Watson, Contract Specialist at Gregory.watson2@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, Intent to Sole Source Portland Olympus GI Scope lease . The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
