Virtual Communication Training Platform for First Sergeants RFI-FA4800-25-Q-A131

The 633rd Contracting Squadron at Langley Air Force Base is requesting feedback from companies or organizations capable of delivering a virtual training platform. This platform should support First Sergeants in enhancing their communication skills with Airmen, colleagues, clients, and other personnel. The project involves training 100 USAF learners over a nine-month period, which includes three months of development and six months of program rollout and execution. The training will feature the creation of 10 tailored conversation modules specific to the USAF. Please refer to Attachment 1- Statement of Requirement for detailed specifications.
