This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The Government intends to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Vehicle Data Standardization services in support of the General Services Administration s Fleet Program Office. This effort encompasses solution that automates and streamlines the process of VIN decoding through a secure Application Programming Interface (API) connection. The FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The FAR clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited within the clause are applicable to the acquisition. The specific work requirements are detailed within the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
