Notice of Intent to Sole Source: 36C77626Q0070 National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic Lodging and Meeting Space Introduction: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to issue a sole source contract to U.S. Army Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resorts for lodging accommodation and meeting space for the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic (NVSSC) to be held in Orlando, FL., from May 2, 2026-May 10, 2026. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Parts 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and 12.102(b) Restricting competition.. The NAICS code for this procurement is 721110 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $40 Million. Justification: This requirement is needed to support adaptive sporting events, ceremonies, and facilities for the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic. An estimated 100 disabled Veteran participants along with their family members/ coaches/ special event staff and volunteers will be participating in NVSSC. We will need to be able to have ample space for administrative and clinical functions during the event.
