Responses to this notice shall be forwarded to Lasonja Harvey via e-mail at Lasonja.harvey@va.gov no later than Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2pm ET. Responses to this notice are not considered quotes and will not be used to form a binding agreement. Additionally, vendors who choose to respond are responsible for covering any expenses they incur in preparing and submitting their responses, as the government will not reimburse or pay for any costs related to responding to this notice.
