This is a synopsis of proposed contract action for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207. The proposed contract action is for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex s (AEDC) requirement for 16 Pressure Sensitive Paint systems to be delivered to Arnold AFB, TN. This sole source requirement is for 16 Pressure Sensitive Paint systems manufactured by Innovative Scientific Solutions, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334413-Semiconductor Devices and Associated Hardware, with a Small Business Size of 1,250 employees. The Product/Service Code (PSC) is 5961-Semiconductor Devices and Associated Hardware. The Government plans to solicit and award one single source, firm-fixed-priced (FFP)purchase order to Innovative Scientific Solutions, Inc., 2766 Indian Ripple Road, Dayton, OH 45440, 032G3; CAGE Code: 09PN9; Unique Entity ID: GE6SB9D2NFM3. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The firm fixed price contract was not awarded competitively as they were the sole source manufacturer of the pressure sensitive paint component system.
