Prepare for and accomplish the Midterm Availability (MTA) of the USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is 2/1/2026 to 4/17/2026. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor s facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be East or Gulf Coast. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
