A Welin Lambie Dual Point Davit on CGC Hollyhock requires a Welin Lambie certified Tech-Rep to reevaluate and test the system after water intrusion, and to replace the adjustable elbow fitting that caused a major hydraulic leak due to a failed O-Ring, in order to recertify the system. The on-site work includes providing one senior field service technician for 10 hours on a single day, assisting with parts installation, conducting the davit assessment, and witnessing davit operations, with any discrepancies reported through the CFR process.

Contractor must provide qualified personnel, maintain professional conduct, avoid conflicts of interest, and secure base access by registering with the U.S. Coast Guard and providing valid ID ahead of the start date. The task is to be performed on-site at CGC Hollyhock in Baltimore, MD, for one day within the specified mid-period window, and includes supply and installation of required parts while on site.
