Is the Vendor supplying unsecure tape storage or just the equipment for the government to do it? a.Vendor will be providing offsite tape storage for LTO tapes as outline in para 4.1 of the PWS. ADDENDUM #3 1/12/2026 Submission of Reps and Certs as a separate attachment, excluded from the proposal page count is acceptable. RFI #2 1. When job is awarded will the contactor collect all 1200 LTO Tapes in the beginning of the contact or does the contactor collect that maximum amount through out the year. (a) I m a little confused with the 1200 LTO tapes. We would only be vaulting a total of 240 LTO tapes as outlined in PWS Para 4.1.1. I will send a copy of the current PWS to make sure you have the most up-to-date copy. 2. It states delivery and pick up of 25 LTO tapes a week. Is that one scheduled trip a week or as needed? (a) Our back-up team would work with the vendor to lay out how many tapes would be moved each week.
