The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide long-term lodging services for the Vermont Air National Guard as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $40.0M. CLIN 0001 QTY: 1456 Unit of Issue (U/I): Each Lease/Rental Long-Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units: Quantity: 4 units; Studio or 1 bedroom with a minimum of one (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS.
