The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing an Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer for the Marion VA Medical Center in Marion, IL. ………. For market research purposes, all responses to this notice will be reviewed, regardless of business size or socioeconomic category. Review of responses to this notice will support later refinement/determination of set-aside requirements, if a solicitation becomes available. ………. The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside, if applicable. However, if response by Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms proves inadequate, an alternate set-aside or FULL and OPEN competition will be considered.
