This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source award to The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York. Unless the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certification electronically, the offeror shall complete paragraph (c) through (v) of this provision in the attached clauses and provisions.
