This conference will educate a multi-professional audience on advancing care for older adults with serious illnesses. It will focus on the unique challenges and needs of geriatric patients facing hospitalization and surgery. Topics will include aligning surgery with patients goals, managing geriatric specific health needs, improving discharge processes, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration in care.
