Interested vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by Friday, 20 February 2026. The submission of information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided form any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Name and Address of Organization, CAGE Code, Business Size Status (under NAICS 611430) 2. A Capability Statement describing the vendor s capabilities, history and experience providing the services described in the draft Performance Work Statement. 3. Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these services, such as General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), GSA OASIS, Seaport or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
