TrackEye Maintenance, Services and Updates Follow-On N00421-25-RFPREQ-52440MA-0001

Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWAD) has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to Image Systems TrackEye Inc., Surprize, Arizona, for the procurement of TrackEye maintenance, service, and updates in support of the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) Photogrammetrics Division, Patuxent River, Maryland. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The determination by the Government not to compete this effort was solely within the discretion of the Government.
