BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure toner cartridges specified in the attached documents. SCOPE To procure various toner cartridges in accordance with the FOCA "Fair and Open Competition Act". CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 60 days from date of award PLACE OF PERFORMANCE (N/A) 7.0 REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 60 days from date of award PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 10.0.
