Only quotes submitted by 100% Small Business Set-aside's holding NAICS Code 339999 and the size standard is 550 employees will be accepted by the government. CST, Wednesday, 8 April 2026 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 10:00am. CST, Wednesday, 25 March 2026. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
