It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide professional archival assistance to rehouse, organize, conserve, and digitize the Maps and Blueprints Collection. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561990. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
