This work is located at the USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC in Building 128 Clinic. All quotes must be submitted by Noon Eastern Time on September 3, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to luis.r.perez1@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing.
