Specialized OSINT Tools IDIQ RFP-002132

The Government intends to issue a Multiple-Award IDIQ to small business authorized resellers of Specialized OSINT Tools. Please see all attached documents: RFP, SOW, Pricing Template, Question Template, CAI Questions, and Terms and Conditions CAI Answers and Company Terms and Conditions do not count toward the Volume 2 Technical Approach 9 page limit. 5/29/2026- Amending Solicitation. An updated RFP, Pricing Template, SOW, and Terms and Conditions have been uploaded. The Government is re?opening this solicitation to allow Offerors to submit revised proposals in response to the changes included in this Amendment. Offerors are required to submit a revised Price Volume (or a signed certification) confirming that all proposed pricing remains valid for 120 days from June 5, 2026. Failure to provide this pricing certification will result in the Offeror being removed from consideration. Submission of revised Technical volumes is optional; however, all proposals will be evaluated using the updated Technical Approach criteria.
