The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified Businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuel requirements for DLA-Energy. This SS covers the grounds fuel requirements for DLA-Energy customers located in various areas of Guam, Palau and Tinian. The expected period of performance is October 1, 2026 September 30, 2031. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. General information regarding RFIs: In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for gathering information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any response to this notice will be treated as information only. DLA Energy will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI. Respondents are advised that DLA Energy is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI. Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in Guam, Palau, or Tinian?
