ServiceNow software/services were procured under the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) mandatory source, with a contract awarded to CaraSoft Technology Corp for $595,605.12. The award complies with DFARS 208.74 and 208.7402, and was posted for transparency under FAR 8.405-6, including the required posting on SAM.gov and the ordering activity’s site for at least 30 days after award.

New information: an earlier sources-sought notice for Hanel Lean Lift Maintenance and Repair has transitioned to a formal award under the ESI mandatory source, selecting CaraSoft for this ServiceNow solution with a DoD-mandated ESI pathway.
