Provide 30 sets of modular, stackable server racks to support the Advanced Virtual Threat Reaction and Avoidance Trainer (AVTRAT) system. Racks must be tool-free assembly (thumbscrews/wingnuts), EIA-310 compliant, and designed to be deployed as detachable pieces rather than one fixed unit.

Module specifications: exterior height 17–20 inches, exterior width 20–24 inches, exterior depth 28–30 inches (interior: 9U high, 19 inches wide, 12U deep); each module weighs no more than 30 pounds when empty and must be steel (no load-bearing plastic). Each rack stack must hold up to 1,000 pounds of equipment in a five-module height. The equipment must be deployable as modular pieces for field deployment.
