EDT. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA441825Q0057 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This RFQ provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 11 June 2025. (iv) This acquisition is restricted for small business concerns. Offers will then be evaluated based on technical capability and rated acceptable or unacceptable in accordance with the required items listed in the RFQ Pricing Sheet (Attch 01). If the lowest priced offer, having passed the technical evaluation, that offer represents the best value for the Government and the evaluation process stops at this point; an award shall be made to that offeror without further consideration of any other offers. In the event the lowest priced offeror, having not passed the technical evaluation, the evaluation process will continue with the next lowest priced offeror.
