Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA), is expecting to issue a solicitation for S25-0001 PCO OPERATIONS AND REGULATORY BUSINESS PROCESS SUPPORT. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is as a means of conducting market research or as a market survey and to gather industry comments, suggestions, or questions before the anticipated release of the solicitation. This notice is for market research purposes only with the intent to identify vendors that are interested and capable of performing the requirements listed in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. This Sources Sought Notice is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 for market research purposes only. Participation is limited to firms certified as 8(a) under the Small Business Administration (SBA) program that are also Native American-owned. The Government is seeking to identify qualified Native American 8(a) firms capable of performing the requirement described herein. Responses to this notice will help inform acquisition strategy and potential set-aside determinations in accordance with FAR Part 19. Can your company provide corporate/commercial experience references that maps back to similar scope, complexity and magnitude? Does your company hold an active Facility Security Clearance Level (FCL) at the Secret level? A rough order of magnitude estimate for the entire project.
