Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement Resupply Vehicle Conversion THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA 22134 awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite -quantity (IDIQ) contract to Oshkosh Defense, LLC 2307 Oregon Street, Oshkosh, WI 54902 (CAGE Code: 75Q65) on December 9, 2025. The IDIQ contract is to convert, test, and deliver existing Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement Extra Long Wheelbase cargo armored vehicles that have been converted into an equal number of Condition Code A Resupply Vehicles. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement .
