The requirement includes the rental of a fully furnished, smoke-free, one-bedroom apartment that meets the minimum standards outlined in the attached Solicitation documents. Offerors must review and comply with all details and requirements provided in the Statement of Work (SOW), SF-18, and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR) clauses.
