The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to replace light fixtures with LED, Bldg. 984, 1395, 1396 and 1397, NAF Misawa, Japan. For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall: i. Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer; ii. Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and iii. Have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan. Pre-Quote Conference and Site Visit. Pre-quote conference and site visit are scheduled on 31 Jul 2025, 0900 hours.
