This is a design-build contract. The contractor shall perform a site investigation to verify existing conditions. The contractor shall also be responsible for identifying the necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements to perform the work in the project drawings or Statement of Work (SOW). This project will require contractor personnel to perform work and/or operate vehicles on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps or in aircraft hangers or maintenance areas. All contractor personnel will be required to receive FOD awareness training. If you experience any difficulty receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission.
