The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is in need to remove and replace a 250-Ton Trane air cooled chiller at B3139. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 365 Calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC - 4120 NAICS - 238220 Size Standard - $19,000,000 Set Aside - 100% Small Business The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Justification and Approval for Trane Chiller Brand Name, along with applicable attachments will be attached to this solicitation. Site Visit to be held on Wednesday, 6 August 2025 at 9:00 AM (CST). Questions resulting from the site visit are due by Monday, 11 August 2025 at 3:00 PM (CST). Offers are due by Friday,15 August 2025 by 2:30PM (CST) Notice to Vendors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
