This position will directly support mission readiness by improving Airmen's strength and physical performance, preventing injuries, integrating rehabilitation, and optimizing human performance. The specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive physical training and injury prvention programs tailored to enhance Airman performance.
