Provide comprehensive advisory, assistance, and administrative support to the Army National Guard Installations Division (ARNG-IER) across all 54 states and territories, focusing on real property management and lease activities. Responsibilities include managing real property inventory using systems such as PRIDE, HQIIS, RPLANS, ISR, and ASIP; ensuring data accuracy, quality control, and compliance with Army and DoD policies; supporting real estate transactions and lease management in line with federal laws and ARNG regulations.

Also deliver training on real property and real estate topics, assist with financial reporting and audit readiness, maintain knowledge management and leasing budgeting processes, and facilitate coordination with various Army and DoD entities. The contractor must operate with minimal supervision, possess thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and software, and provide services that promote continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective resource accountability.
