This is a Pre-solicitation notice. Solicitation 36C24926R0007 will be issued on or about 20 APRIL 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 9 VA Medical Centers at Lexington, Louisville, Memphis, Mountain Home, TVHS (Nashville and Murfreesboro) have a requirement for teleradiology services. This will be a five year contract term with annual/as needed ordering periods. This acquisition is a small disabled veteran owned small business set-a-side and the applicable NAICS Code is 621111 with a size standard of $16 million. The Contractor shall provide Board Certified Tele-Radiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 9. The VA Radiology Services follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR) https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf. A contractor providing tele-radiology services shall provide services consistent with TJC and that meet or exceed VA and the American College of Radiology Guidelines as defined in this document. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.

This amendment to RFQ 36C24926R0007 is to correct information on Attachment D.3 Conflict of Interest Statement solicitation number and Attachment D.5 POC information to be in sync with Evaluation Factors III and correct the date required for submission to be in sync with the RFQ response due date of May 8, 2026 @ 10:00 am Central Time. In addition, this amendment addresses all vendor questions submitted. This amendment to the RFP is to extend the solicitation to 5/22/26 at 11:00 AM Central time as requested by interested parties and to incorporate the newly required FAR Clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors to section C of the RFP.
