Place of Performance: The contractor will provide Interventional Radiology services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, located at: 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Type of Contract: If this Sources Sought leads to future solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period shall be five (5) years, one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. Qualifications: The Contractor shall provide a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist who is also fellowship-trained in interventional radiology to perform services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. All services must be performed by qualified, licensed personnel who meet or exceed the standards established by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
