This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office located at 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111, awarded contract number N0018925CZ062 to Magnum Medical Overseas JV LLC of Angleton, TX in the total CPFF amount of $26,881,918.59 on 24 July 2025. The award, to provide The Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) Program Assessment Services was awarded as a result of a full and open competitive solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 15. Services under this awarded contract commence on 01 August 2025 and are performed in Military Bases Located in Bahrain, Japan, Italy, Guam and Spain. The contract includes a base six-month period of performance with four (4) twelve-month option periods, one (1) six-month option period with an additional option for a six-month period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8.
