After the quotes were received, it became apparent that it is unlikely that a product manufactured by a Small Business manufacturer was capable of meeting the Solicitation requirements. As such, it was necessary to request a Nonmanufacturer Rule Waiver, in accordance with FAR 19.505. That waiver is attached to this Amendment. The due date for any revisions to quotes is due on October 23, 2025, at Close of Business (5:00 PM EST). We will ONLY accept new quotes, or quote revisions where the NMR waiver has a DIRECT impact on your quote, this would likely require a change in manufacturer of the doors that are in your quote. This is not intended as an opportunity to simply change your quote, and a quote change with no material change to the Part Number or manufacturer will not be considered.
